Longer Bio
It all began on a 100-acre rundown Pennsylvania sheep farm during the late 1960s when rural electrification had just reached Bradford County. There were no street lights – or street signs. The telephone was a party line shared with over half a dozen farm families.
But that lack of technology meant night skies blanketed by millions of stars – a daily dose of magic from the Milky Way reserved for only the most distant outposts. From summer fields blinking with thousands of fire flies to autumn's fiery tree tops of hickory, box-elder and sugar maples stretching for miles, Holly spent her childhood catching crawdads, chasing sheep, raising chickens, and picking wild strawberries, raspberries and blackberries for yearly canning and jamming.
